Hodaydah: The first training course for female nutrition engineers in the field of local cheese manufacturing concluded in Al Hudaydah Governorate, marking a significant milestone in empowering women and enhancing their contribution to economic development through local food industries.
According to Yemen News Agency, the ten-day course aimed to train and qualify 15 female community development pioneers and nutrition engineers. The participants were equipped with methods and skills necessary for local cheese manufacturing, as part of a broader development project focused on empowering women in the region.
