Hodeida: Hodeida governor Abdullah Atifi inspected the ongoing preparations at Saleh Al-Sammad Martyr Square for the central event commemorating the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family. Atifi, accompanied by Hodeida undersecretary for the City District Ali Kubari, evaluated the progress of preparations, including the setup of the stage, reception areas, and participant spaces, along with organizational and technical arrangements for the event.
According to Yemen News Agency, the officials received updates from those managing the preparations, detailing the coordination among relevant authorities and the tasks necessary to complete the work at the square. Governor Atifi emphasized the importance of finalizing the preparations to ensure the venue is ready to accommodate the anticipated crowds, reflecting the significance of the Prophet's birthday.
Governor Atifi highlighted that the occasion holds spiritual and cultural importance, symbolizing the Yemeni people's connection with the Prophet Muhammad and their commitment to his teachings and values. He stressed the need for cooperation between official and community bodies to ensure smooth participant reception and the successful execution of the event.
