Hodeida Opens Free Medical Camp for Chronic Disease Patients at 21 September Hospital

Hodeida: A free medical camp for chronic disease patients was launched on Saturday at 21 September Hospital in Hodeida governorate. The camp offers essential medical care to patients suffering from diabetes and hypertension.

According to Yemen News Agency, the initiative is supported by Rawasi Hailan Pharma and aims to assist low-income patients by providing free consultations, medical tests, and medications. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to improve healthcare access in the region.

Hodeida province undersecretary for services, Mohammed Al-Halisi, along with health and environment office director, Dr. Ali Al-Haddad, visited the camp to inspect the clinics and departments. They reviewed the services being offered to ensure quality care for the patients.

Halisi acknowledged the hospital's role in organizing such medical camps, emphasizing the importance of these efforts in alleviating the suffering of citizens. He highlighted that the initiative reflects the values of solidarity and giving within the community.

Hospital deputy director, Dr. Khalil Al-Amiri, stated that the hospital has mobilized its medical and nursing staff along with necessary resources to provide patients with the care they need. The hospital is committed to ensuring that patients receive comprehensive medical attention during their visit.
