Hodeidah: Hodeidah governor Abdullah Atifi inspected the local branch of the Public Telecommunications Corporation to review service performance and ongoing infrastructure upgrades. During the visit, officials briefed him on technical and administrative operations, network development projects, and challenges linked to expanding telecom and internet services.
According to Yemen News Agency, the governor toured control and maintenance rooms and praised staff efforts, stressing the sector's vital role in supporting daily services and development. He affirmed the local authority's commitment to easing obstacles facing the corporation and improving service delivery across the governorate.
The branch director said the visit motivates staff to enhance services and expand network coverage to meet citizens' needs.
