Hodeidah: A two-week training course began on Monday for staff of the Hodeidah branch of the General Authority for Land, Survey, and Urban Planning, focusing on the branch’s electronic procedure and service tracking system.
According to Yemen News Agency, the course aims to enhance institutional performance, improve service quality, and enable citizens to track applications online without visiting the branch. Participants will receive practical training on the system, problem-solving, and professional procedures.
Deputy Governor Mohammed Abdulilah Al-Nahari said the program supports the authority’s transition to digital operations, strengthens transparency, and enhances citizen confidence. He emphasized that digitalization addresses inefficiencies in traditional paper-based procedures and boosts urban planning and land management in the governorate.
Al-Nahari encouraged participants to apply the skills gained and share knowledge with colleagues to improve overall service delivery.
