Hodeidah: Al Hodeida Governorate witnessed massive mass rallies in three central squares on July 20, 2025, to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Zayd, peace be upon him, under the slogan "Insight and Jihad."
According to Yemen News Agency, the crowds, arriving from various districts, expressed their adherence to Imam Zayd's approach in confronting injustice and arrogance. Slogans were raised that emphasized sacrifice and steadfastness in the face of tyrants.
The rallies were seen as an extension of the revolutionary spirit and popular awareness, highlighting that the Yemeni people embody the approach of the Ahl al-Bayt in practice through their stances against aggression and support for the Palestinian resistance.
Participants noted that the commemoration of Imam Zayd serves as a motive for general mobilization and renewed awareness of the nation's responsibilities toward significant issues, primarily the situation in Gaza. Yemenis viewed the operations against Zionist ships as a reflection of their practical commitment to the option of jihad and resistance.
