Ibb: An extensive meeting was held in al-Qa'idah city within Ibb province, bringing together Governor Abdulwahid Salah and residents from the southern districts of Dhi al-Sufal and al-Sayani. The meeting focused on strategies to counter "enemy plots" and safeguard national interests.
According to Yemen News Agency, the gathering included notable figures such as Member of Parliament Mohammed al-Nawa'ah, Deputy Governor Ali al-Nawa'ah, Mobilization Officer Abdulfattah Ghallab, and Assistant Commander of the Fourth Military Region Brigadier General Mohammed al-Khalid. The discussions underscored the collective role of these communities in addressing what was described as the "American escalation against Yemen."
Governor Salah highlighted the importance of mobilizing resources to confront this escalation. He acknowledged the contributions from the southern parts of Dhi al-Sufal and al-Sayani in terms of personnel and aid to the front lines, as well as their efforts in maintaining local security and stability. Salah emphasized the necessity of unity and cooperation among citizens, citing the ongoing "aggression" and its perceived attempts to create division.
Further, he praised the residents for their role in countering the "aggression's plans" and addressing the challenges of "soft warfare." The governor called for unwavering unity and the active involvement of tribal leaders, intellectuals, and activists in these efforts.
In response, the residents reiterated their commitment to supporting the front lines against the "American aggression," expressing readiness to make necessary sacrifices in this endeavor.
