Ibb: Ibb governor, Abdul Wahid Salah, inspected the general secondary school certificate exams for the scientific and literary sections for the academic year 1446 AH at the Al-Samad Complex for outstanding students in the Al-Dhahar district. The visit was part of the governor's ongoing efforts to oversee and ensure the smooth conduct of the exams.
According to Yemen News Agency, the governor was accompanied by Abdel Fattah Ghallab, the province's general mobilization official, and Muhammad Al-Ghazali, the province's education sector official. They reviewed the progress of the exams at the test center at the Al-Saeed Girls Complex in Al-Dhahar, emphasizing the importance of collective efforts to ensure the exams' success and seamless execution. The governor expressed his best wishes to the students undertaking the exams.
Abdel Fattah Ghallab highlighted the significance of completing the tenth consecutive academic year despite challenges such as aggression and blockade. He noted that holding the exams on schedule has thwarted attempts to disrupt the educational process.
Muhammad Al-Ghazali reported that 36,000 students have registered for the high school exams, distributed among 213 test centers. He assured that all necessary measures have been implemented to facilitate the exams' smooth and efficient conduct.
