Ibb: The health office in Ibb governorate inaugurated celebrations for the Prophet Muhammad's birthday on Friday, highlighting the importance of learning from his life and spreading his values. Governorate's mobilization official Abdulfattah Ghallab praised the dedication of Yemenis in honoring the Prophet, while Health Director Dr. Najib al-Kamel outlined a comprehensive program that includes cultural events, central gatherings, hospital decorations, cleanliness campaigns, and a 50% reduction in medical service fees in both public and private sectors.
According to Yemen News Agency, the medical staff in Ibb were prepared to support central events and field clinics. In a related solidarity initiative, the health office and medical personnel in al-Saddah district organized a rally to condemn Israeli-American crimes and the ongoing blockade of Gaza.
Participants in the rally denounced the international silence on these issues, reaffirmed their support for Palestinian resistance, and called for active participation in mobilization efforts and economic boycott campaigns.
