Ibb: The Ministry of Education and Scientific Research honored Sheikh Saddam Al-Asad on Wednesday for funding and implementing the rehabilitation and renovation of three schools in Al-Sadda District, Ibb Governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, the ministry presented him with a commemorative shield and certificate of appreciation, which were received on his behalf by District Director Mohammed Al-Darwani, in recognition of his contributions to supporting education.

The ministry officials praised community initiatives to improve education, stressing the importance of renovating schools and providing suitable learning environments. The project included repairing buildings, floors, windows, doors, and restrooms, as well as paving the courtyards of the three schools, at a cost of $40,000.
