Sana'a: Local authorities and community mobilization offices in Ba'adan and al-Qafr districts of Ibb governorate organized on Tuesday events to mark Wilayah Day (Eid al-Ghadir), highlighting the occasion's religious and cultural significance.

According to Yemen News Agency, in Ba'adan district, two events were held by the local authority and security administration, attended by officials and community figures. Speakers emphasized adherence to the values associated with Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, including justice, courage, and integrity, while underscoring the importance of social cohesion and religious identity.

In al-Qafr District, a separate event was held under the slogan 'Whoever has me as his master, Ali is his master.' Participants reflected on the legacy of Imam Ali, describing him as a model of leadership and sacrifice, and stressed the importance of drawing lessons from his life to strengthen unity and awareness within society.

Both events featured cultural performances, traditional chants, and poetry, highlighting the role of such commemorations in reinforcing shared values and community solidarity.
