Ibb: The Primary Court in Reef Ibb district organized a speech event on Wednesday to mark the anniversary of the Prophet's Birthday (Mawlid al-Nabawi), upon whom and his family be the best prayers and purest peace. During the event, Judge Tariq Al-Faqih, Head of the District Primary Court, highlighted the significance of commemorating this occasion as a means to reflect on the life of the Greatest Messenger, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and to renew commitment to his teachings and values in daily life.
According to Yemen News Agency, Judge Al-Faqih emphasized that understanding the Prophet's biography is crucial for grasping the principles of justice, truth, and human dignity that are central to his message. He urged those in the judiciary to embody these principles in their work, ensuring fairness and the protection of rights under the law. He also stressed the importance of applying the lessons from the Prophet's life to fulfill responsibilities and duties.
Mustafa Al-Qasim, Secretary-General of the Local Council in Reef Ibb District, also spoke at the event, affirming that celebrating the Prophet's Birthday is an opportunity to revive Islamic values and ethics demonstrated by Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). Al-Qasim underscored the importance of integrating these values into society, fostering an environment characterized by mercy, cooperation, and equity.
Al-Qasim noted the richness of the Prophet's biography in providing lessons on justice, benevolence, and wisdom. He emphasized that reflecting on these teachings during the Mawlid should translate into actions that benefit society and enhance the fulfillment of duties.
