Ibb: A number of districts and areas in Ibb province witnessed celebratory events marking the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) for the year 1447 AH. In Al-Sarah area of Al-Udayn district, speeches at a commemorative event highlighted the importance of drawing lessons from the Prophet's life and embodying his noble example in confronting the challenges and dangers facing the Muslim nation. The anniversary was described as a mobilizing occasion to rally the people in support of the nation's causes and to counter enemy conspiracies.
According to Yemen News Agency, in Al-Jawalih area of Mudhaykhirah district, speeches emphasized that commemorating the Prophet's birthday reflects the Yemenis' deep bond with the Messenger of God and their keenness to follow his example and noble humanitarian values in confronting the enemies of the nation.
A commemorative event in Al-Jurf village of Dhi al-Sufal district warned of the dangers of plots targeting the Islamic nation and attempts to detach it from the Prophet, stressing that returning to the Prophet's guidance is a source of strength and dignity for the Ummah.
In Al-Radmah district, residents of the Al-Bakrah and Shizar areas held two celebratory events marking the occasion. Speeches highlighted that this great religious occasion calls for expressing joy, recalling the Prophet's noble life, his struggles, and his stances. They also urged the people of the district to gather widely for the central event scheduled on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal at Al-Rasul Al-Azam Square in Yarim city, reaffirming their commitment to following the Prophet's path and supporting the oppressed, foremost among them the Palestinian people.
Meanwhile, residents of Jabal Ruwaiyin area in Jiblah district organized a commemorative event where speakers reflected on the meanings and significance of celebrating the Prophet's birth amid current challenges. They praised the stances of the revolutionary leadership and the free people of Yemen in supporting Palestine, while saluting the steadfastness of Gaza's people and the heroic resistance writing epic chapters in confronting the Zionist enemy and its American partner.
