Sana'a: The Security Department in Ibb governorate organized a speech event to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussein ibn Ali.
According to Yemen News Agency, Ibb Governor Abdulwahed Salah described Ashura as an important occasion for recalling the values of sacrifice and steadfastness embodied by Imam Hussein in confronting injustice and defending Islamic principles.
Speakers at the event highlighted the lessons of the Battle of Karbala and reaffirmed Yemen's continued support for the Palestinian cause. They emphasized that the country's military capabilities and support efforts reflect the principles of defending the oppressed and resisting tyranny.
