Sana'a: The Lands Authority, along with the branches of Communications, Postal Services, and Slaughterhouses in Ibb Governorate, organized a speech event commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
According to Yemen News Agency, the Mobilization Officer affirmed that commemorating Ashura embodies the practical connection to Imam Hussein's path of rejecting tyranny and arrogance, emphasizing the importance of drawing lessons of patience and sacrifice from his revolution in confronting injustice.
He noted that Imam Hussein rose seeking reform, enjoining good and forbidding evil, calling for pride in faith identity and adherence to the principles of the Husseini school. The event featured a poetic recitation.
