Sana'a: The Women's Committee in Ibb province organized two speech events to celebrate Eid al-Ghadir, the Day of Guardianship of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him), alongside a protest against "Zionist aggression."

According to Yemen News Agency, the events, including one in al-Qafr district, focused on the historical significance of Ghadir Khumm, highlighting Imam Ali's guardianship as an extension of divine leadership, which is viewed as crucial for the nation's strength and cohesion.

Speakers at the event emphasized the importance of sincere allegiance to God, His Messenger, and Imam Ali as a solution to the nation's subservience and humiliation in the face of its enemies. They warned that turning away from this allegiance leads to "allegiance to Satan and the enemies of the nation, the Jews and Christians."

Following the main event, a women's protest rally took place, condemning Zionist aggression against Iran and ongoing crimes against the people of Gaza.

Participants expressed their support for Yemen's leadership and armed forces for their steadfast backing of Palestine and praised Iran's strong and rapid response against the Zionist enemy entity. The rally called for unity to confront Zionists and liberate Palestine.
