Al bayda: The Governor of Al Bayda, Abdullah Idris, and the Deputy Minister of Information, Dr. Omar Al-Bukhayti, conducted an inspection of the fighters stationed in Az Zahir and Dhi Na'im districts during Eid al-Adha.
According to Yemen News Agency, the visit was part of a broader effort to convey greetings from the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the President of the Supreme Political Council. Accompanied by various officials, including Abdullah Al-Muzaffari from the Shura Council and Brigadier General Ahmed Al-Sharafi, the delegation expressed support and appreciation for the fighters' resilience and accomplishments in safeguarding the region.
The leaders praised the steadfastness of the fighters, who have thwarted enemy attempts to destabilize the governorate. Idris highlighted the fighters' role in maintaining security and emphasized that Al Bayda remains a stronghold against external threats, crediting the armed forces and local supporters for their vigilance.
Dr. Al-Bukhayti recognized the contributions and sacrifices made by the army and security personnel, underscoring their impact in defending Yemen's honor and territorial integrity. He noted the achievements on the ground as a source of national pride and emphasized the unwavering determination of the fighters.
Engineer Saif Saran, representing the Ministry of Communications, echoed these sentiments, commending the fighters for their heroic deeds in defense of the nation. The visit included the presentation of an Eid convoy of sheep to the fighters, symbolizing appreciation and solidarity.
The fighters reaffirmed their dedication to their mission and their commitment to continue protecting the homeland. They also reiterated their support for the Palestinian cause, aligning it with their broader struggle for liberation.
Dr. Al-Bukhayti emphasized the significance of Eid as a time to renew commitments to the fighters, highlighting the unity and high morale among them. He expressed pride in their steadfast positions, which reflect the broader aspirations of the Yemeni people.
