Sana’a: The Capital Municipality and the General Authority for Endowments have initiated the third phase of the ‘Clean My House’ campaign, dedicated to preparing and cleaning mosques for the holy month of Ramadan.
According to Yemen News Agency, First Deputy Prime Minister Allama Mohammed Muftah highlighted the significance of mosque cleanliness and the necessity for comprehensive care. He urged the community to actively participate in maintaining and cleaning mosques, especially during Ramadan.
Khalid Al-Madani, Undersecretary of the Capital Municipality, underscored the importance of mosques as sacred places and the need for diligent attention. Dr. Abdullah Al-Qadami, Undersecretary of the General Authority for Endowments for Mosques Sector, discussed the accomplishments of the campaign’s previous phases and the aim to extend their reach to more mosques this year.
The meeting also emphasized the role of community involvement in ensuring the thorough cleansing and upkeep of mosques.
