Sana'a: Sana'a Governorate's Undersecretary for Technical Affairs, Eng. Saleh Al-Muntaser, recently inspected the ongoing construction work on the General Public Works Administration building project, which is being implemented by the Military Works Department. He was accompanied by the sector official, Eng. Mohammed Ashiyah, to review the progress made thus far.
According to Yemen News Agency, the inspection focused on the first phase of the project, which involved concrete pouring work on the first floor surface, with a volume of 230 cubic meters, completed in accordance with specified specifications and timelines. Both officials underscored the significance of adhering to technical standards to enhance the project's contribution to the public works sector in the governorate.
The project, funded locally at an estimated cost of 420 million riyals, includes the construction of a two-story main building encompassing an area of 940 square meters. The initiative aims to organize work within the sector and address technical and administrative challenges, thereby improving overall performance.
