Al-mahwit: The Chief Judge of the Al-Mahwit Governorate Court of Appeals, Judge Akram Al-Alfi, alongside the Chief Prosecutor of Appeals, Judge Abdulbari Al-Wazir, conducted an inspection of the judicial workflow and performance at the Shibam and Al-Tawila Primary Courts and Prosecutor's Offices.
According to Yemen News Agency, during their visit to the Shibam Court and Prosecutor's Office, the judges listened to an explanation from the court's president, Judge Hussein Al-Tahami. Judge Al-Tahami detailed the nature of the cases being handled, the procedures for registering, recording, distributing, and scheduling these cases, and the overall level of case completion. He also highlighted the necessary needs to improve the work environment and enhance performance.
The inspection also covered the workflow at Al-Tawila Court and Prosecutor's Office, focusing on the procedures followed for receiving and processing cases. Judge Al-Alfi emphasized that the Court of Appeals will maintain its monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up efforts, with a focus on delayed cases to expedite their resolution.
Judge Al-Wazir noted that these visits are part of ongoing efforts to assess performance and maintain discipline, stressing the importance of responding to citizens' complaints and efficiently resolving cases.
