Sana'a: The Head of the Services Committee of the Local Council in Sana'a Governorate, Mahyoub Mahdi, inspected on Tuesday the progress of activities in a number of summer centers in Sanhan and Bani Bahloul District.
According to Yemen News Agency, Mahdi, accompanied by the Director of the Technical Secretariat and Follow-up at the governorate, Mohammed Sharqan, and the Education Sector Official in the district, Ahmed Nasser, reviewed the summer activities, as well as the level of attendance and engagement at Al-Hidayah, Saif Al-Quds, and Al-Sayyida Zainab centers in Al-Shaheed Al-Malasi area.
They praised the strong turnout of male and female students at the summer centers, and the level achieved by students in memorizing the Holy Qur'an in terms of recitation, memorization, and Tajweed, in addition to the scientific subjects and knowledge accompanying the summer course programs.
They noted that the visits to the summer centers come within the framework of the local authority leadership's commitment to these courses, with the aim of ensuring their success and achieving their intended goals.
