Investment and Human Rights Authorities Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Protect Investors’ Rights

Sana'a: The General Investment Authority and the National Human Rights Authority signed a memorandum of understanding today in Sana'a to enhance cooperation in protecting investors' rights and developing a safe and stable investment environment that supports sustainable economic development.

According to Yemen News Agency, the memorandum was signed by the Chairman of the General Investment Authority, Mohammed bin Ishaq, and the Chairman of the National Human Rights Authority, Ali Taysir. The agreement aims to improve coordination in protecting rights related to investment activity, raise awareness of human rights concepts in the economic sphere, and support efforts to build a comprehensive institutional partnership that contributes to improving the investment climate and simplifying its procedures.
