Tehran: The Iranian Foreign Ministry welcomed the Omani Foreign Ministry's statement on developments related to the Republic of Yemen and the cessation of US attacks on the country.
According to Yemen News Agency, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghaei expressed his appreciation for the Sultanate of Oman's efforts in this regard. Baghaei praised the steadfastness of the Yemeni people in supporting the Palestinian cause and their resilience against repeated US attacks over the past year. He emphasized that the peoples of the region will remember the Yemeni resistance against foreign aggression.
Baghaei further criticized the US government, describing it as an accomplice in the crimes committed by the Zionist entity against the Yemeni people. He urged the international community to take immediate and effective actions to halt the attacks on civilian infrastructure in Yemen and to stop the massacres of innocent people.
