Tehran: The Assistant to the Iranian President for Legal Affairs, Majid Ansari, announced today that the second international lawsuit against former US President Donald Trump, related to the recent aggression on Iran, has entered its final stages.
According to Yemen News Agency, Iran's official news agency quoted Ansari as saying that the first lawsuit, related to the 12-day war, has been registered with the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal. He highlighted that the case was initiated against Trump personally, while the documentation for the second lawsuit concerning the recent American aggression is currently being completed.
Ansari elaborated that the relevant legal, security, and diplomatic bodies in Iran are actively engaged in documenting the legal dimensions of the crimes and damages resulting from the American aggression. He noted that the necessary documents and evidence are being finalized for filing lawsuits before international forums.
