Gaza City: Seven Palestinian citizens were martyred and others wounded this Thursday afternoon when Israeli airstrikes targeted a gathering of citizens west of Gaza City.

According to Yemen News Agency, Israeli aircraft bombed a fish market belonging to the Abu Hasira family behind al-Amal Hotel west of Gaza City, resulting in the deaths of seven citizens and injuries to others.

Since dawn today, medical sources have announced the deaths of 18 citizens from the Gaza Strip.

Israeli forces have continued to prevent all humanitarian aid from entering the Gaza Strip for nearly two months. On March 2, the entry of aid through Kerem Shalom, Erez, and Zikim crossings was halted, completely stopping the entry of relief supplies and fuel.

Since that date, with American support, Israeli forces have been committing acts described as genocide in Gaza, resulting in more than 170,000 Palestinian casualties, most of them children and women, and over 11,000 missing.
