Hodeidah: Mohammed al-Farh, a member of Ansar Allah's Political Office, affirmed that the Israeli enemy, with a U.S. green light, targeted Hodeidah Port-a civilian and vital facility that serves the Yemeni people's livelihood, food security, and trade.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Farh told the Saba News Agency that this incident is a clear indication of the aggressiveness of that entity and its hatred of peoples, and an attempt to inflict harm on citizens' livelihoods and food supplies.
He described the attack as a war crime and a blatant violation of laws and conventions, reflecting the enemy's contempt for all humanitarian values and international norms amid an obvious failure on the part of United Nations bodies and institutions, which apply double standards and turn a blind eye to daily Israeli violations. He stressed that this complicity strengthens a climate of impunity.
The Political Office member reiterated the steadfast position in support of besieged Gaza, calling on the peoples and governments of the Islamic world to take practical measures to deter the genocide being committed by the enemy against the people of Gaza and to lift the unjust siege.
He added, 'We affirm that we will continue to defend the sovereignty of our country and our people by all means, and we seek to inflict the harshest possible damage on those who commit this aggression.'
