Jabal mahweet: Province Undersecretary of Mahweet Abdulsalam al-Dhamari launched on Monday agricultural activities in several summer schools in Jabal Mahweet district as part of educational and awareness programs. During the launch, Abdulsalam al-Dhamari, accompanied by District Director Khamash Habish, highlighted the importance of integrating agricultural activities into summer courses to develop students' practical skills and strengthen their connection to the land and agricultural production.
According to Yemen News Agency, the officials also visited the Imam Hussein Summer Center in al-Quroun area, where they reviewed ongoing educational programs and activities. They received a briefing from the center's staff on student enrollment and the range of cultural, educational, and sports activities offered.
Abdulsalam al-Dhamari praised the students' strong engagement and enthusiasm, stressing the need to intensify efforts to deliver quality programs that help build an aware and educated generation with diverse skills.
As part of the visit, Abdulsalam al-Dhamari and Khamash Habish also visited the Martyrs' Cemetery in Jabal Mahweet district, where they recited al-Fatiha for the souls of the fallen and reflected on their sacrifices in defense of the homeland, reaffirming commitment to building a better future for coming generations.
