Sana'a: Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority Judge Dr. Marwan al-Mahaqeri inspected the workflow at the appellate divisions in Sana'a, reviewing case progress and ongoing court expansion plans.
According to Yemen News Agency, during his visit, al-Mahaqeri met with Appeal Court President Judge Taha Aqaba to assess case completion rates, discuss challenges, and explore solutions to expedite rulings. He emphasized the importance of the court's expansion project, which includes the addition of new courtrooms to alleviate congestion and improve the work environment.
Al-Mahaqeri underscored that accelerating case resolution is a top priority to safeguard rights and uphold justice. He noted improved performance in recent weeks following judicial appointments and the launch of new courts.
The Appeal Court Chairman affirmed continued coordination with the Inspection Authority to enhance efficiency and address pending cases through structured action plans.
