Judicial Inspection Chief Evaluates Court Operations in Hodeida

Hodeida: Chairman of the Judicial Inspection Authority Judge Dr. Marwan al-Mahaqeri inspected the Court of Appeals in Hodeida province and several affiliated primary courts as part of a field program to assess judicial performance.

According to Yemen News Agency, Judge al-Mahaqeri was accompanied by the Authority's branch head in Hodeida and Raymah, Judge Dr. Jamal al-Faheedi. During the visit, they reviewed case progress, courtroom procedures, and compliance with judicial standards. Court officials provided briefings on efforts to improve case handling and the challenges facing judicial work.

Judge al-Mahaqeri emphasized the importance of improving performance, addressing shortcomings, and accelerating case resolution. He called for unified procedures in line with directives from the Authority and the Supreme Judicial Council. Furthermore, he praised the efforts of judges and staff, highlighting the Authority's commitment to supporting courts and enhancing justice services.
