Lahj: Al-Qabita district in Lahj Governorate witnessed on Friday three mass rallies under the slogan 'Our Fields Are One.. With Palestine Against Tyranny and We Will Not Abandon Lebanon,' in response to what was described as a divine duty and in solidarity with Gaza and Lebanon.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the rallies, which were attended by the Governorate Undersecretary Faisal Al-Faqih, Mobilization Official Jameel Al-Soufi, Al-Qabita Security Director Dawood Ali, along with mobilization leaders and social figures, raised the flags of Yemen, Iran, Lebanon, Palestine, and Iraq. They chanted slogans expressing gratitude for what they described as victories achieved by the axis of resistance.
They affirmed that today's turnout comes in gratitude to God Almighty for the 'great victory' achieved by the axis of jihad and resistance over the forces of disbelief and tyranny, and as confirmation of continued support for Lebanon and Palestine and the causes of the nation. They also declared full readiness to stand on the frontlines in confrontation with what they described as the US-Israeli project.
The people of Al-Qabita condemned the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon and the commission of atrocities against civilians with American support and under the watch of the international community.
They renewed their pledge to Allah, His Messenger, and the leadership of the revolution to remain steadfast on the path of faith, uphold the banner of jihad in defense of the homeland, support the oppressed and vulnerable, and confront global arrogance represented by 'the two horns of Satan: America, Israel and their allies.'
The statement issued by the rallies in Lahj affirmed steadfastness in upholding the banner of Islam and jihad as carried by the early Ansar with the Prophet, as an expression of love for Allah, obedience to Him, and commitment to His guidance.
It noted that Yemeni hostility is directed toward those whom Allah commanded to oppose, represented in this era by what it called 'the imams of disbelief, Zionism, and global powers,' represented by the United States and Israel. It stressed that Yemen will not abandon Islamic holy sites, nor will it abandon Palestine, Lebanon, or any front of the axis of jihad and resistance, reaffirming commitment to the 'unity of arenas' doctrine and rejection of plans for a so-called 'New Middle East' or 'Greater Israel,' while preparing for future stages toward the liberation of Palestine.
The statement praised what it described as the 'remarkable steadfastness and heroic victories' granted by Allah to the fighters of Hezbollah on the southern Lebanon front, which it said broke the enemy's power and proved it is 'weaker than a spider's web,' as described by the late leader Hassan Nasrallah.
It also affirmed that the Yemeni people remain fully prepared, behind their leadership and fighting forces, for all possible developments required by the ongoing conflict, that Lebanon, Hezbollah, and Palestine will not stand alone at any time, with Yemen remaining alongside them until the promised victory is achieved.
The statement called on the peoples of the region to increase religious awareness and resist what it described as attempts to distort consciousness and control the future of nations, stressing that Allah has clearly defined the enemies, represented by the United States and Israel, and urging a return to the Qur'an as a source of guidance.
It also warned against deception by the Israeli and American 'enemy' and their media outlets, and against attempts to fragment the nation and turn its peoples against each other instead of confronting those it says threaten its existence. It added that the enemy seeks, through its proxies, to impose 'foolish choices and submission,' contrary to divine guidance and historical experience in the struggle spanning more than seventy years of occupation, crimes, betrayal, and violation of agreements.
