Hajjah: The local authority and General Mobilization in Hajjah province today launched the events commemorating the anniversary of the Day of the Guardianship (Al-Wilayah day) of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) with an expanded meeting of executive, local, mobilization, and social leaders.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by the province's deputies Sadeq Al-Adba'i, Mohammed Al-Qadi, and Adel Shali, along with the mobilization official in the province Hammoud Al-Maghribi, and the president of Hajjah University Dr. Taha Al-Hamzi. The province's security director, Brigadier General Hassan Al-Qasimi, emphasized the importance of commemorating Yawm al-Wilayah to affirm sincere allegiance to Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in response to the commands of God and the Greatest Messenger (peace be upon him and his family).
For his part, the head of the educational sector in the province, Ali Al-Qatib, reviewed the main and secondary objectives of commemorating Yawm al-Wilayah, the scheduled plan for it, the nature of the popular cultural activities to be implemented, and the required roles of the local authority, General Mobilization, endowments, guidance, media, security agencies, and the women's authority in this regard.
Meanwhile, the head of the guidance sector, scholar Hussein Jahaf, and the dean of the Holy Quran University branch, Abdullah Miaah, addressed the tasks of the committees assigned to descend to sub-districts and districts, the mechanism for mobilization and preparation, and the proper readiness to commemorate Yawm al-Wilayah in an honorable manner.
