Taiz: The Social Care Department of the Ministry of Defense has initiated a significant project aimed at providing Eid al-Adha clothing for the children of prisoners and disabled wounded in the provinces of Taiz and Lahj. This initiative targets 264 boys and girls and is launched under the slogan "We will never forget our wounded."
According to Yemen News Agency, the project was launched with the participation of Colonel Mukhtar Al Maghrabi, the head of the Social Care Branch in Taiz and Lahj. During the event, Colonel Al Maghrabi highlighted the dedicated attention from the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council, and local authorities toward the disabled wounded and prisoners. He emphasized the importance of acknowledging the sacrifices made by these individuals in defending their land and honour.
Colonel Al Maghrabi also stated that distributing Eid clothing to the children of these wounded and prisoners is a gesture of gratitude and recognition for their immense sacrifices in safeguarding the homeland, ensuring its security, and preserving its independence.
