Amran: The First Deputy Governor of Amran, Abdulaziz Abu Khurfasha, along with the Provincial Education Sector Official, Zaid Rattas, inaugurated the first-semester final exams for basic and secondary school grades for the academic year 1447 AH. Abu Khurfasha and Rattas, accompanied by Amran District Director Abdulrahman Al-Imad, inspected the progress of the exams at Shuhada Al-Tarbiyah Complex, Al-Hussein Educational Complex, Aisha School, and Modern Science School.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Deputy Governor praised the dedication and resilience of educators in successfully completing the first semester, noting the commitment of the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council, and the Government of Change and Construction to advancing the educational process and improving its quality. He also encouraged students to persevere and strive for academic excellence.
Meanwhile, the provincial education sector official reported that 294,328 students across 1,285 public and private schools in the governorate are sitting for the exams. He added that the launch of the examinations coincides with Teacher's Day celebrations.
