Mawiyah: The Taiz Governorate office of the General Authority for Zakat launched an economic empowerment program for livestock and agriculture, benefiting 300 families in the districts of Mawiyah and Maqbanah, at a cost of 326,840,000 Yemeni riyals.
According to Yemen News Agency, the project aims to empower impoverished families in livestock breeding and local cheese production, as part of efforts to strengthen community resilience and achieve self-sufficiency.
