Hajjah: The Deputy Head of the Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Authority, Bakeel Rassam, and the Director of the Authority's branch in Hajjah Governorate, Mohammed Al-Qadami, inaugurated today the network connectivity and electronic collection system at the branch.
According to Yemen News Agency, the inauguration was attended by the Authority's Directors of Financial Affairs, Ashraf Al-Rada'i, and Auditing, Ahmed Al-Dhabhani. The Deputy Head of the Authority explained that the implementation of the network connectivity and electronic collection system aims to unify the database and connect all the Authority's branches and departments to a single network, enhancing oversight and transparency, and contributing to the real-time monitoring of performance and revenues.
He pointed out that this step comes within the framework of the Authority's plans to raise the level of institutional performance and resource development, and to link collection processes to the network system of the Ministry of Finance and the Authority.
For his part, the Director of the Authority's branch in the governorate affirmed that the network connectivity and electronic collection system will contribute to enhancing oversight at the collection level, reducing any irregularities, and raising performance efficiency, while also addressing any shortcomings. He expressed appreciation for the Authority leadership's attention to performance development and system modernization in the Authority's branches across the governorates.
