Gaza: The districts of Abs, Haradh, Hayran, and Midy in Hajjah province launched events commemorating the anniversary of the Day of the Guardianship (Yawm al-Wilayah) of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him) under the slogan "And support whoever supports him, and abandon whoever abandons him." At the launch in Abs district, the district director, Ali Sawaan, pointed to the greatness of this anniversary and its place in the hearts of the Yemeni people, and the relationship that connects them to Imam Ali (peace be upon him).

According to Yemen News Agency, Sawaan considered the commemoration of Ghadir Day as a faith-based milestone to recall the values and principles established by the Greatest Messenger (peace be upon him and his family) and to embody the meanings of guardianship (wilayah) based on truth, justice, and guidance. Sawaan explained that commemorating this anniversary contributes to enhancing awareness, consolidating faith-based identity, and drawing lessons from the life of Imam Ali (peace be upon him). The participants called on the people of the Tihama districts to interact with the activities and events of the Ghadir Day anniversary and to attend the central event honorably.

The launch, attended by official and popular figures, featured a poem by the poet Al-Qasim Al-Batari.
