Launching “Purify My House” Campaign in Al-Bayda

Al-Bayda: The General Authority for Endowments launched the “Purify My House” campaign in Al-Bayda province, focusing on cleaning and preparing mosques for the holy month of Ramadan. The initiative underscores the importance of maintaining the sanctity and cleanliness of mosques as an expression of the Yemeni people’s faith identity.

According to Yemen News Agency, the launch event was attended by notable figures including Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Administration, Local and Rural Development Ahmed Al-Shoutari and Al-Bayda City Director Ahmed Al-Rasas. During the event, the governor highlighted the need for collective responsibility in ensuring the upkeep of the mosques throughout the year.

Abdulrahman Al-Jarmouzi, the director of the Endowments Authority office in the province, explained that the campaign focuses on meeting the needs of mosques, especially as Ramadan approaches. He stressed the importance of intensifying efforts to pay attention to mosques, enhance their roles, and fulfill their religious and awareness-raising missions.
