Sana'a: Deputy Minister of Local Administration and Rural Development Nasser al-Mehdhar on Sunday honored a number of the ministry's retired employees in recognition of their service. Al-Mehdhar said the recognition reflects appreciation for the retirees' contributions to strengthening administrative and development performance within the local authority system.
According to Yemen News Agency, he emphasized the ministry's ongoing role in supporting local and rural development across all administrative units in coordination with state institutions and community partners. Human Resources Director Jamal al-Sabri described the gesture as an expression of loyalty to those who served the nation under various circumstances.
Speaking on behalf of the honorees, Mohammed al-Thulaya praised the initiative and expressed hope that such recognition would continue for future retirees, encouraging dedication and sincere service.
