Al Mahrah: Governor of Al Mahrah, Ali Al-Qa'tabi Al-Faraji, affirmed that unity stands as the most significant historical and strategic achievement of the Yemeni people. It remains a historical symbol deeply rooted in the hearts and minds of its people, serving as a crucial milestone in confronting division and fragmentation.
According to Yemen News Agency, Governor Al-Faraji explained that the 35th National Day of the Republic of Yemen, May 22, arrives this year amidst conspiracies targeting the nation's unity, security, and sovereignty in the occupied governorates. He emphasized that the blessed unity was achieved through the sacrifices and strong will of the Yemeni people, remaining as firm as mountains despite ongoing conspiracies and attempts to undermine it.
Governor Al-Faraji reiterated that unity will remain the solid rock against all challenges and foreign interventions, with any attempts by occupiers to undermine it destined to fail. He highlighted that unity is deeply entrenched in the minds of all Yemenis, sealed with blood and sacrifices.
He noted that Yemenis are celebrating the 35th National Day amid significant regional and international changes due to the aggressive war waged by the Zionist entity against the Gaza Strip. The governor reiterated Yemen's firm support for the Palestinian people and their resistance, appreciating the stance of the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and other Yemeni leaders in supporting Palestinian steadfastness.
Governor Al-Faraji emphasized that unity is the symbol of the Yemeni people's steadfastness and cohesion against all conspiracies aimed at undermining their achievements, considering it a pivotal stage in the life of the Yemeni people. He stressed that unity belongs to all Yemenis and will not be affected by those serving the occupation and its agendas.
He pointed out that Yemeni unity expresses a free will and remains a source of pride for all segments of the population. The governor urged continuing the struggle against conspiracies targeting the homeland and its people. He warned those perpetuating aggression and occupation against targeting the unity that Yemenis across the nation have sacrificed and struggled for.
