Mahweet Celebrates Outstanding Achievements of 1,737 Qur’an School Students

Mahweet: The Mobilization Office in Mahweet province, in collaboration with al-Badr College for Qur'anic Sciences, honored 1,737 students from the 'Generation of Qur'an' schools in the al-Tawilah district. These students successfully completed programs focused on Qur'an memorization, recitation, and the application of Yemeni Tajweed rules.

According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Nabiha Nasser underscored the pivotal role of nurturing Qur'an students in fostering a generation grounded in faith, ethics, and knowledge. The event served as a platform for officials to highlight the significance of educational and behavioral programs that aim to shape responsible and value-driven youth, poised to contribute positively to society.

The ceremony saw the participation of several Ministry and local education officials, who collectively emphasized the necessity of expanding Qur'anic schools. Discussions centered on improving curricula and enhancing teacher training to ensure the sustainability of Qur'anic and educational initiatives.

Parents of the honored students expressed their gratitude for the concerted efforts made to instill religious values in their children, thereby strengthening their academic and moral development. The event marked a significant milestone in the community's ongoing commitment to educational excellence.
