Mahweet: Representative of the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit in Mahweet province, Engineer Mukhtar al-Turki, on Thursday inspected road projects in Hufash district being implemented through community initiatives. The projects, supported by the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit at the Ministry of Administration and Local and Rural Development, are valued at 94 million and 83 thousand Y.R.
According to Yemen News Agency, Engineer al-Turki reviewed the progress of work on five road projects: Beit al-Jamri Sa’ada road, Qarn Al-Ajl Al-Hilala road, Janan road, Wadi Jawf road, and Aqabat Al-Sharaf Beit Al-Aqili road. He emphasized that these initiatives reflect the directives of the revolution’s leader to revive community participation in development, particularly in road infrastructure.
He highlighted the cooperation between the state and society in strengthening infrastructure and alleviating the suffering of citizens in remote areas. Engineer al-Turki stressed the importance of continuing these initiatives to achieve sustainable development.
