Marib: The districts of al-Abdiyah, Majzar, and Mahliah in Marib province hosted several cultural and speech events on Thursday, marking the annual anniversary of the Slogan under the theme "The Slogan: A Weapon and a Stance."
According to Yemen News Agency, in al-Abdiyah district, two events were conducted where local and mobilization leaders emphasized the historic significance of the Slogan, initiated by the late martyr leader, Sayyed Hussein al-Houthi. The participants highlighted that the Slogan was a call for freedom, dignity, and pride, launched during a time of silence, representing an ideological and strategic choice to face the challenges confronting the nation.
In Majzar district, a similar event took place, with local and mobilization leaders affirming that the Slogan became a powerful voice for the oppressed and a key weapon in confronting global arrogance, particularly the U.S. and Israel.
Meanwhile, in Mahliah district, participants reflected on the challenges faced by the late martyr leader in launching the Qur'anic project, which they said revived the nation's consciousness, reclaimed its identity, and sparked a movement toward liberation from dependency and foreign domination.
