Marib: Various events, evening gatherings, and activities were held on Sunday across districts of Marib governorate to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday.
According to Yemen News Agency, in Al-Abdiyah district, two cultural evening gatherings were organized by the district's Security Department, General Mobilization Office, and Health Office. Speakers reviewed key aspects of the Prophet's life, knowledge, and struggle as a leader and role model.
Two cultural evening gatherings were also held in Rahbah and Jabal Murad districts. Speakers described the occasion as an opportunity to reaffirm adherence to the Muhammadan approach and strengthen faith-based identity and Quranic culture.
In Harib Al-Qaramish district, cultural seminars were held in Al-Hazm and Shuja', along with an evening gathering in Hurrah. Participants stressed the importance of the occasion as one that unites the nation and called for broad participation in the central celebration.
Meanwhile, speakers at a preparatory event held in Al-Ashraf area of Majzar District, attended by local and mobilization officials, discussed the condition of the nation before the Prophet's mission and how the Prophet elevated its status among nations. They also reviewed key stages of his noble biography and spiritual and religious life.
In Habab area of Sirwah district, an educational and cultural event was held, emphasizing that commemorating the Prophet's birthday represents a renewal of the practical bond with the Prophet. Speakers said that expressing joy at the birth of the one sent by Allah as a mercy to the worlds and a source of guidance, light, insight, and mercy for humanity is an expression of genuine faith-based attachment.
