Martyr’s Anniversary Event Highlights Ongoing Struggles in Al-Jabin District.

Al-Jabin: The local authority and public mobilization in Al-Jabin district, Raymah province, organized a speech event on Monday to commemorate the martyr’s anniversary. This event was attended by various local leaders who emphasized the significance of remembering the sacrifices made by martyrs, especially amidst ongoing conflicts affecting Yemen and other regions.

According to Yemen News Agency, Hassan Al-Omari, Secretary General of the local council in Raymah province, highlighted the importance of this anniversary, noting that it occurs during a period marked by aggression against Yemen and similarly affected regions such as Palestine and Lebanon. Al-Omari condemned the brutal crimes against civilians, including children and women, as well as the destruction of homes supported by American and European entities.

In his address, Badr Al-Zaidi, the director of the Al-Jabin district, explained that the commemoration serves as a reminder of the martyrs’ heroics and sacrifices. It aims to solidify the Qur’anic
project and reinforce the continued commitment of Yemenis to support vulnerable populations in Palestine and Lebanon, regardless of the challenges they face.

Ahmed Al-Nahari, head of the Scientists Unit in the province, also spoke during the event, stressing the importance of learning from the martyrs’ sacrifices. He urged the community to embody their morals and values. Al-Nahari called upon everyone to support the families of martyrs, the wounded, prisoners, missing persons, and their families, advocating for improved living conditions amidst the ongoing aggression and siege.
