Martyrs Honored in Hajjah Governorate Funeral Procession

Hajjah:The bodies of five national martyrs were laid to rest in Hajjah Governorate. They had fallen while performing their duty on the battlefields defending the homeland and its sovereignty.

According to Yemen News Agency, the martyrs laid to rest were Second Lieutenant Mohammed Masawa Shu'i Fadalah, Warrant Officer Fuad Ahmed Ali Adhabi, Ali Yahya Mohammed Al-Himyari, Bakr Ahmed Saad Bukham, and Amer Ali Qasim Al-Sha'bi.

The funeral procession was led by local, military, and security officials, along with heads of executive offices. Mourners praised the immense sacrifices made by the heroes of the armed forces in confronting aggression and its mercenaries. They affirmed that the pure blood that has watered the soil of the homeland will remain a beacon for future generations and a guiding light for steadfastness and resilience, noting that the martyrs' sacrifices are what forged victories and preserved Yemen's dignity and honor.

The martyrs' families expressed pride and honor in the heroic actions of their sons, affirming their commitment to following in their footsteps until complete victory is achieved.

The funeral ceremonies began with prayers for the martyrs at the Hawrah Mosque in the governorate center, after which the bodies were transported to their respective hometowns for burial.
