Al-Safiyah:Residents of the Awsan neighborhood in Al-Safiyah district conducted a mass armed rally on Monday. The event, held under the slogan 'Mobilization and Preparedness to Counter Escalation with Escalation,' was organized to mark the 1448 AH Annual Martyr Anniversary.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants, including local officials, community leaders, and tribal figures, chanted slogans condemning enemies, traitors, and collaborators. They affirmed their continued commitment to the sacrifices of martyrs, vowing to follow their path and defend the nation and Islamic holy sites.
The rally participants expressed their readiness to support the fronts with personnel and funds, aligning with the armed forces to confront Saudi escalation until victory is achieved. They reiterated their allegiance to Revolution Leader Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and pledged full support for the armed forces in securing the legitimate and just demands of the Yemeni people.
The rally's statement condemned the Saudi escalation against Yemen, highlighting attacks on civilians and the ongoing blockade. It accused the Saudi regime of serving Israeli interests by targeting Yemen for its support of the Palestinian cause. Additionally, the statement warned of severe consequences for any threats made against Yemeni tribes and called for active participation in events commemorating the Annual Martyr Anniversary, urging residents to honor the families of martyrs.
