Hajjah: Following Friday prayers, mass rallies were held in Ibb governorate, in the city center and various districts, to celebrate security achievements and express support for Gaza and the Palestinian people, in accordance with the verse, "And the plot of those [who plot against them] will come to nothing."
According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the rallies affirmed that the successes achieved by the security forces represent a safeguard for the home front and reflect a high level of vigilance in confronting dangers and conspiracies. They praised the security forces' efforts in uncovering and thwarting hostile plots.
The participants explained that the continued aggression and siege against the Gaza Strip necessitates a sincere and practical stance from the nation, emphasizing that what the Palestinian people are enduring constitutes a major crime requiring urgent action at all levels.
They pointed out that the international community's silence regarding this crime encourages the Zionist entity to persist in its aggression, emphasizing that free peoples will not stand idly by in the face of these violations.
They expressed their rejection of the continued attacks on Lebanon and the threats directed at the Islamic Republic of Iran, considering these actions an extension of American and Zionist hegemonic policies in the region.
The participants also stressed the importance of maintaining a unified stance and strengthening societal awareness to confront the soft war and schemes targeting identity and values. They called for fortifying the home front and bolstering national cohesion, emphasizing the need to support summer activities and programs and actively contribute to mobilization initiatives, thereby enhancing society's capacity to face challenges.
In a statement, the participants affirmed the principled position of sincere and practical solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank, as well as with Lebanon and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and adherence to the principle of "unity of fronts" in confronting the forces of aggression and arrogance.
The statement pointed to the ongoing aggression and siege against Gaza, and the large number of martyrs and wounded it has caused, stressing that these crimes represent a stain on the conscience of the silent international community.
It condemned the continued attacks on Lebanon and the American threats against the Islamic Republic of Iran, in light of the inaction or complicity of some Arab and Islamic regimes.
The statement expressed gratitude to God for the security successes achieved, including the arrest of cells linked to American and Israeli intelligence, considering this an achievement that strengthens the security and stability of the home front.
It called on everyone to be vigilant, cooperate with the relevant authorities, and report any suspicious activity through the published numbers, thus contributing to protecting society from infiltration.
It urged confronting the soft war, calling on official bodies to play their role and raise public awareness of the methods used to target youth and recruit agents.
The statement emphasized the importance of supporting summer schools, encouraging students to enroll in them and participate in mobilization programs, and allocating funds to support defense capabilities, thereby strengthening the position and steadfastness in the face of challenges.
