Mahweet: Following Friday prayers, Mahweet governorate witnessed massive public rallies under the banner of the Quranic verse, "And the plot of those [who plot against them] will come to nothing."
According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the rallies, led by the governorate's undersecretaries and local, executive, and security leaders, in the governorate's capital and the districts of al-Rujm, Shibam Kawkaban, al-Tawilah, al-Khabt, Hufash, Malahan, Bani Sa'ad, and Jabal Mahweet, raised banners condemning the crimes and violations of the global powers of arrogance, namely America and Israel, and their proxies.
The participants affirmed their steadfastness, responsible engagement, and readiness to confront the challenges and conspiracies targeting the nation, its security, and its stability. They praised the successful security operation, considering it a manifestation of security vigilance and community awareness in thwarting hostile plots and safeguarding the nation's security and stability.
The people of Mahweet expressed their pride in the high level of vigilance demonstrated by the security services, culminating in the exposure and dismantling of a spy network linked to a joint intelligence operations room of the American, Israeli, and Saudi enemies. This achievement reflects the level of responsibility and security awareness in protecting Yemen's security and stability and foiling hostile plans.
They considered the successive security successes a true safeguard for the home front, contributing to strengthening stability and consolidating resilience, in addition to their role in consolidating the victories achieved in the "Promised Victory and Holy Jihad" battle.
The participants commended the high-quality military operations and precise strikes carried out by the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon against the Zionist entity, considering them a living embodiment of the spirit of resistance and steadfastness in the face of aggression.
A statement issued by the organizers of the sit-ins described the thwarting of the intelligence plot as a painful blow to the world's most powerful intelligence agencies, which have consistently been met with the unwavering awareness, vigilance, and faith of the Yemeni people. The statement called on all citizens to raise their level of caution and vigilance, strengthen cooperation with security agencies, and immediately report any suspicious activity via the designated toll-free numbers.
The statement reaffirmed the unwavering commitment to the principle of unified fronts, considering it a strategic choice that reflects a unified stance and destiny, and reinforces the strength of the resistance axis in the face of challenges. It emphasized the importance of solidifying practical and effective solidarity with brothers in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, and Iran through steadfast positions and concrete actions that reflect the depth of belonging and shared responsibility.
