Ibb: A large women's march took place in Ibb governorate, organized by the General Cultural Women's Authority, to commemorate the annual anniversary of the "Screaming / al-Sarkha" and to express steadfast support for Palestine, Lebanon, and Iran.
According to Yemen News Agency, a statement released during the march emphasized unwavering support for the revolutionary leadership and a readiness for the next phase of escalation. The statement noted that the significant public turnout in hundreds of squares every Friday represents a high level of awareness and responsibility, demonstrating Yemen's unified stance on Arab and Islamic issues and its opposition to Zionist and American adversaries.
The statement further clarified that supporting Palestine and Lebanon is considered a religious and ethical obligation. It emphasized that the unity of the fronts provides real strength in tackling ongoing challenges, conspiracies, and assaults on Arab and Islamic nations. The popular movement in Yemen was described as reflecting a profound sense of belonging and faith, bolstering the national stance.
The statement underscored the importance of continuing public mobilization and grassroots movements as essential pressure mechanisms to confront challenges, support the resilience of oppressed peoples, and resist systematic attacks from Zionists and Americans. It reiterated commitment to national causes, particularly the Palestinian cause, defending Al-Aqsa Mosque, and supporting Palestinian and Lebanese peoples.
Additionally, the statement lauded the heroism of Hezbollah fighters in southern Lebanon, whose efforts have reportedly weakened the enemy's arrogance and strengthened resistance resolve. It cautioned against attempts to impose surrender or normalization with adversaries, warning that such measures would weaken the ummah and empower its opponents.
The statement also condemned American violations and failure to honor agreements with Iran, interpreting this as a clear avoidance of peace options. It warned both Americans and Zionists about the repercussions of not adhering to ceasefire agreements in Iran, Hormuz, and Lebanon.
