Sanaa: The Capital Sanaa witnessed a massive women's event on the occasion of the anniversary of the Day of the Guardianship (Yawm al-Wilayah) of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), under the slogan "Whoever I am his master (mawla), then this Ali is his master."
According to Yemen News Agency, the speeches at the event addressed the significance of commemorating this occasion, by which God completed the religion and perfected His blessing. They affirmed the status of Imam Ali in the hearts of Yemenis and their deep connection to him.
The speakers emphasized that the nation today needs sincere allegiance to Imam Ali, in response to the command of God and His Messenger. They highlighted the importance of following his biography in steadfastness, insight, and facing challenges, while recalling the declaration of the Greatest Messenger at Ghadir Khumm: "Whoever I am his master, then this Ali is his master."
Participants at the event renewed their loyalty to God, His Messenger, Imam Ali, and the banners of guidance, while disavowing the enemies of the nation. The event also featured a poem and an operetta, further enriching the commemoration.
